You Bought The Entire Pizza Place?

I love to dine out. Whenever I go to a quick service restaurant (QSR) I always think to myself “Gosh, wouldn’t it be fantastic to just live here?” mostly because I’m a pretty lousy cook. Like many people I don’t have the patience to wait an hour for dinner to be prepared. But it does make you think, doesn’t it? What would it really be like to own your own food franchise and is there a franchise restaurant (QSR) for sale that you would really like to be a part of?

There are numerous quick service food vendors out in the world, so many that naming them all could take up a greater part of your day. However, QSR magazine has narrowed down the ten most popular franchise deals and these are some you will really want to sink your teeth into:

1.    Wingstop

2.    Papa Murphy’s

3.    Stevi B’s Pizza Buffet

4.    Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen

5.    Dunkin Donuts

6.    Saladworks

7.    Bojangles’

8.    Subway

9.    Which Wich

10.    Shane’s Rib Shack

Choosing the right franchise restaurant (QSR) for sale is the biggest worry and also the hardest decision. By choosing to work in the food industry you are making the decision that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Food service is not easy, but it is definitely rewarding. You get to meet new people and you still have the advantage of knowing that no matter what people will always need food.

There are a few things you need to think about, though. First, what kind of food makes you happy? It might be that all your friends are pizza people but you just can’t stand the smell of it. Purchasing a pizza franchise might not be the best choice for you, after all, nobody wants to go to work feeling sick every day. Instead, you might enjoy working in a Subway or Which sandwich shop. Dunkin Donuts is one of the fastest growing and most popular franchises to work for.

You also need to be aware of how the food is prepared. If you can handle a mess and some good eats, then Shane’s Rib Shack, Bojangles’ or Wingstop are definitely options you should look into. There is a big difference between preparing sandwiches and frying a slab of ribs. Be aware of food prep safety and health and safety regulations, especially when handling raw meat or seafood.

You need to also be aware of start-up costs and the number of employees needed. If you are limited in funds then a franchise that has high start-up costs or needs a lot of employees working around the clock is not the best option. You must be able to pay for those employees and budget your finances accordingly. Finding a franchise restaurant (QSR) for sale is not a difficult task. There are plenty of websites that have local franchise opportunities available. However, finding the franchise that’ is right for you will take a little more research and effort. However, in the end working with something you love is always going to win out over working with something you have no passion for.
